Our company operates three factories, strategically located in Xiantao, Chizhou, and Anhui. Xiantao serves as our headquarters, covering an area of 33,000 square meters. It houses a Class 10,000 clean workshop, which provides a controlled and hygienic environment for production.
Production lines:
Hubei Tuoying New Materials Co., Ltd. is equipped with internationally advanced fully automatic composite production lines, breathable film production lines, and SSS nonwoven fabric production lines. The company has realized full-process online testing, boasting an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons of breathable film, 30,000 tons of composite film, and 11,000 tons of nonwoven fabric. Its primary products include functional breathable films and multi-application composite breathable films, which find extensive use in industries such as industrial manufacturing, healthcare, construction, and daily consumer goods.
There are currently a total of 9 laminating lines for composite equipment: 2 lines of 1.6m hot melt adhesive laminating lines, 2 lines of 3.2m hot melt adhesive laminating lines, 1 line of 1.6m PUR adhesive laminating line, 1 line of 3.2m PUR gule laminating line, 1 line of 2.4m dual laminating line from the United States of Norxin, 1 line of 3.2m glue-free laminating line, and 1 line of 3.2m cast film laminating line. Different types of glue (hot melt gule, PUR glue, APAO glue) are used to meet the lamination requirements of various functional materials.
Six internationally advanced fully automatic breathable film production lines, enabling comprehensive online inspection throughout the entire process. The company's annual production capacity exceeds 20,000 tons, primarily through the introduction of high-end machinery from the United States and Germany. Key equipment includes the latest EDI membrane head and CLOEREN die head from the United States, as well as the French SICK dual-measurement online thickness gauge. This advanced technology ensures robust product stability.
The world's first 3.2-meter cross-laid spunbond SSS line, featuring independent intellectual property rights, has been successfully developed. The product exhibits exceptional transverse strength, achieving twice the weight per unit area while maintaining a balanced ratio of 1:1 in both directions. The fabric surface is characterized by uniformity and tear resistance. Additionally, it is equipped with online coating and drying facilities, enabling the material to possess multiple functionalities, including softness, hydrophilicity, strong anti-static properties, antibacterial capabilities, release agents, and fragrance.
Sustainability:
The latest solvent-free and environmentally friendly PUR hot melt adhesive is capable of bonding a wide range of composite materials demanded by the market, including fabric-to-fabric and fabric-to-film applications. The resulting composite products exhibit excellent environmental compatibility and non-toxicity, superior adhesion and softness, as well as resistance to both high and low temperatures. After the moisture-curing reaction, these products remain stable under varying temperature conditions, demonstrating long-lasting elasticity, wear resistance, oil resistance, and anti-aging properties. These characteristics ensure full compliance with international export environmental protection standards, thereby delivering substantial social benefits.
Diversified production:
Our factories in Anhui also play important roles in our production network, The factories in Anhui primarily focus on the production of raw materials, including polyethylene, polypropylene, and masterbatch, complementing the operations in Xiantao.
